Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h3><ul data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1267\"><li data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1077\"><p data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1077\">Bookings must be submitted at least <strong data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1063\">1\u20132 working days<\/strong> in advance.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1191\"><p data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1191\">Cancellations or rescheduling within <strong data-start=\"1117\" data-end=\"1129\">24 hours<\/strong> of the scheduled date may incur a <strong data-start=\"1164\" data-end=\"1188\">50% cancellation fee<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1192\" data-end=\"1267\"><p data-start=\"1194\" data-end=\"1267\">No refunds will be given for cancellations made on the day of inspection.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1269\" data-end=\"1272\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1310\">3. <strong data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1308\">Client Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"1337\">You are responsible for:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1640\"><li data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1398\"><p data-start=\"1340\" data-end=\"1398\">Providing accurate and complete inspection requirements.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1471\"><p data-start=\"1401\" data-end=\"1471\">Ensuring that goods are ready and accessible at the inspection site.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1472\" data-end=\"1529\"><p data-start=\"1474\" data-end=\"1529\">Notifying the supplier about the inspection schedule.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1640\"><p data-start=\"1532\" data-end=\"1640\">Covering any additional travel costs if the factory is in a remote location (if not agreed upon in advance).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1642\" data-end=\"1645\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1647\" data-end=\"1678\">4. <strong data-start=\"1654\" data-end=\"1676\">Inspection Reports<\/strong><\/h3><ul data-start=\"1679\" data-end=\"2005\"><li data-start=\"1679\" data-end=\"1778\"><p data-start=\"1681\" data-end=\"1778\">Inspection results reflect the condition of goods <strong data-start=\"1731\" data-end=\"1775\">only at the time and place of inspection<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1779\" data-end=\"1912\"><p data-start=\"1781\" data-end=\"1912\">The inspection report is based on random sampling (according to AQL standards) and is <strong data-start=\"1867\" data-end=\"1886\">not a guarantee<\/strong> of the entire shipment.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1913\" data-end=\"2005\"><p data-start=\"1915\" data-end=\"2005\">Vero Inspection is not liable for defects or damages that occur after the inspection date.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2007\" data-end=\"2010\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2012\" data-end=\"2048\">5. <strong data-start=\"2019\" data-end=\"2046\">Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h3><ul data-start=\"2049\" data-end=\"2369\"><li data-start=\"2049\" data-end=\"2153\"><p data-start=\"2051\" data-end=\"2153\">Vero Inspection shall not be held liable for <strong data-start=\"2096\" data-end=\"2150\">loss of profit, indirect, or consequential damages<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2154\" data-end=\"2252\"><p data-start=\"2156\" data-end=\"2252\">Our liability is limited to the <strong data-start=\"2188\" data-end=\"2203\">amount paid<\/strong> for the service related to the specific claim.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2253\" data-end=\"2369\"><p data-start=\"2255\" data-end=\"2369\">We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, political instability, etc.).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2371\" data-end=\"2374\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2376\" data-end=\"2402\">6. <strong data-start=\"2383\" data-end=\"2400\">Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h3><ul data-start=\"2403\" data-end=\"2648\"><li data-start=\"2403\" data-end=\"2488\"><p data-start=\"2405\" data-end=\"2488\">Full payment is required <strong data-start=\"2430\" data-end=\"2460\">prior to service execution<\/strong>, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2489\" data-end=\"2578\"><p data-start=\"2491\" data-end=\"2578\">We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal (with applicable processing fees).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2579\" data-end=\"2648\"><p data-start=\"2581\" data-end=\"2648\">Late payments may result in suspension of services or legal action.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2650\" data-end=\"2653\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2655\" data-end=\"2683\">7. <strong data-start=\"2662\" data-end=\"2681\">Confidentiality<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"2684\" data-end=\"2868\">All data, reports, and communications are treated as confidential. We will not disclose client or supplier information to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2870\" data-end=\"2873\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2875\" data-end=\"2909\">8. <strong data-start=\"2882\" data-end=\"2907\">Anti-Bribery &amp; Ethics<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"2910\" data-end=\"3002\">Vero Inspection operates under a strict <strong data-start=\"2950\" data-end=\"2968\">Code of Ethics<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"2973\" data-end=\"2999\">Anti-Corruption Policy<\/strong>.<\/p><ul data-start=\"3003\" data-end=\"3249\"><li data-start=\"3003\" data-end=\"3132\"><p data-start=\"3005\" data-end=\"3132\">Clients, suppliers, or factory staff must not attempt to influence the inspection outcome by offering gifts, cash, or favors.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3133\" data-end=\"3249\"><p data-start=\"3135\" data-end=\"3249\">Any attempt to compromise integrity will result in cancellation of services and reporting to relevant authorities.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"3251\" data-end=\"3254\" \/><h3 data-start=\"3256\" data-end=\"3297\">9. <strong data-start=\"3263\" data-end=\"3295\">Jurisdiction &amp; Governing Law<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"3298\" data-end=\"3485\">These Terms are governed by the laws of <strong data-start=\"3338\" data-end=\"3394\">[Insert Governing Region \u2013 e.g., Hong Kong or China]<\/strong>.
