Code of Ethics

At Vero Inspection, integrity is the foundation of everything we do. As a trusted third-party quality control and inspection company, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, independence, and ethical conduct — both internally and in service to our clients worldwide.

1. Independence & Impartiality

We maintain complete independence from manufacturers, suppliers, and buyers.

  • All inspections and audits are conducted without influence from any external party.

  • Our reports are 100% objective and based solely on facts and findings observed on-site.

  • No personal relationships or financial incentives influence our judgments or decisions.

2. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We safeguard all client data, intellectual property, and business information.

  • All inspection data, photos, and reports are handled securely and shared only with authorized parties.

  • We sign NDAs and adhere to strict confidentiality protocols across all departments.

3. Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy

We have zero tolerance for bribery, fraud, or unethical behavior.

  • Our inspectors are regularly trained on anti-corruption policies.

  • Any attempt to influence inspection results — by gift, money, or pressure — is reported immediately and leads to disqualification.

  • Clients are encouraged to report any suspicious activity related to their inspections.

4. Professionalism & Accuracy

We are committed to delivering honest, accurate, and consistent results.

  • All reports reflect actual inspection outcomes without exaggeration or omission.

  • We follow internationally accepted standards such as AQL and ISO.

  • Continuous training and internal audits ensure that our team stays competent and reliable.

5. Respect for Workers & Social Responsibility

We support ethical manufacturing and fair labor practices.

  • Our auditors evaluate working conditions, health & safety, and social compliance in line with global standards.

  • We promote transparency and discourage unfair labor practices across the supply chain.
