1. Scope of Services

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Product inspection (pre-shipment, during production, etc.)

• Supplier audits and factory evaluations

• Laboratory testing coordination

• Amazon FBA compliance inspections

• Consulting and quality-related support

A detailed description of the scope will be confirmed in the Service Booking Form prior to each inspection.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Bookings must be submitted at least 1–2 working days in advance.

• Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled date may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No refunds will be given for cancellations made on the day of inspection.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete inspection requirements.

• Ensuring that goods are ready and accessible at the inspection site.

• Notifying the supplier about the inspection schedule.

• Covering any additional travel costs if the factory is in a remote location (if not agreed upon in advance).

4. Inspection Reports

• Inspection results reflect the condition of goods only at the time and place of inspection.

• The inspection report is based on random sampling (according to AQL standards) and is not a guarantee of the entire shipment.

• Vero Inspection is not liable for defects or damages that occur after the inspection date.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Vero Inspection shall not be held liable for loss of profit, indirect, or consequential damages.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service related to the specific claim.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, political instability, etc.).

6. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required prior to service execution, unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal (with applicable processing fees).

• Late payments may result in suspension of services or legal action.

7. Confidentiality

All data, reports, and communications are treated as confidential. We will not disclose client or supplier information to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.

8. Anti-Bribery & Ethics

Vero Inspection operates under a strict Code of Ethics and Anti-Corruption Policy.

• Clients, suppliers, or factory staff must not attempt to influence the inspection outcome by offering gifts, cash, or favors.

• Any attempt to compromise integrity will result in cancellation of services and reporting to relevant authorities.

9. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Governing Region – e.g., Hong Kong or China]. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or in courts located in the same region.

10. Amendments

Vero Inspection reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website and will take effect immediately unless stated otherwise.
